Prosta surówka z kapusty białej

Ingredients:

* 1/2 główki średniej kapusty,

* 1 pęczek koperku,

* sól,

* sok z cytryny,

* cukier,

* śmietana i ewentualnie majonez

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę umyć, osuszyć i drobnoo poszadkować.

Teraz w misce ułożyć część kapusty, dokładnie "zbić" drewnianą pałką i posolić delikatnie.

Na to znów dosypać część poszadkowanej kapusty, też ubić pałką i posolić.

Tak postępować aż do wyczerpania kapusty.

Kapustę przykryć i odstawić na 1/2 - 1 godz. W tym czasie kapusta puści sok, który należy odcedzić, a kapustę wycisnąć.

Kapusta po tym zabiegu zmnieszy swą objętość.

Kiedy kaputa odpoczywa, myjemy koperek, osuszamy, i następnie go siekamy dość drobno.

Do odciśniętej kapusty wsypujemy koperek, dodajemy wg smsku sok z cytryny, cukier i śmietanę, mieszamy, jeśli trzeba do dodajemy ciut soli i ewentualnie możemy dodać 2 łyżki majonezu.

Przepis gdzieś zasłyszany.

Tą surówkę znam bardzo dobrze!Jest przepyszna!Jedyną różnicą jest to,że ja nie dodaję do niej śmietany.Tylko sok z cytryny, cukier i troszkę oleju:) Naprawdę polecam, najlepsza do pikantnych potraw!
