Fasola po myśliwsku

Ingredients:

* 40 dag fasoli białej,

* 2 średnie cebule

* 20 dag boczku wędzonego,

* 30-40 dag kiełbasy cienkiej dobrej jakości lub innej wędliny,

* 1 łyżeczka vegety,

* kilka suszonych grzybków ( 4-5 sztuk ),

* 2 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego,

* 3-4 łyżki keczupu,

* 25 ml czerwonego wytrawnego wina,

* 1 łyżka łagodnej musztardy,

* 1 łyżka soku z cytryny,

* 7 kuleczek jałowca ( można mniej, ale jego smak jest tutaj ważny

* 2-3 łyżki mąki krupczatki,

* słodka mielona papryka, pieprz i sól,

* olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Fasolę umyć i namoczyć poprzedniego dnia, następnie wodę odlać.

Grzyby także namoczyć , a wodę w której się moczyły wlać do fasoli. Uzupełnić wrzątkiem i ugotować fasolę z łyżeczką vegety.

Cebulę obrać i drobno pokroić w kosteczkę. Smażyć na oleju do zmięknięcia.

Kiełbasę ( wędlinę ) pokroić tak jak lubimy, boczek też i dodać do miękkiej cebuli.

Smażyć razem przez 10-15 minut. Wyłączyć gaz i posypać kiełbasę z cebulą mąką i wymieszać.

Zawartość patelni przełożyć do miękkiej fasoli z grzybami, zagotować, dodać koncentrat, keczup, musztardę ( u mnie miodowa z Krakowa ), wino, sok z cytryny, rozgnieciony jałowiec ( tłuczkiem na desce do krojenia ).

Chwilkę pogotować , doprawić solą, pieprzem i papryką.

Podawać z pieczywem, najlepiej ciemnym.
