Prosty pasztet

Ingredients:

400g boczku surowego
1 pierś kurczaka
500g wątróbki drobiowej
Bułka czerstwa/ chleb
4 marchewki, 1 por, 1 pietruszka, 1/2 selera, cebula
wegeta, pieprz, listek, ziele, magi.
3 jajka
Imbir w proszku

Prepare instructions:

1. Mięso kroimy w średnią kosteke, wrzucamy do garnka razem z warzywami. Zalewamy woda. Dorzucamy przyprawy i dusimy.
Bez wątróbki.

2. Gdy wszystko będzie miekkie, ja gotowałam około 1 godziny, wyjmujemy i studzimy a do pozostalej wody wrzucamy wątróbke i gotujemy okolo 10 minut, aż sie zetnie.

3. Mielimy wszystko w maszynce do mięsa razem z bułka namoczona w pozostalej wodzie po gotowaniu mięs.

4. Do zmielonego mięsa dodajemy jajka, imbir, magi, sól, pieprz, doprawiamy do smaku.

5. Naczynie smarujemy masłem i bułka tartą i wykladamy pasztet. Lekko posypujemy bułka tarta na wierzchu.

6. Pieczemy godzine w temperaturze 180-190. Aą zacznie odchodzic do scianek naczynia.
