Przepyszna szarlotka

Ingredients:

3 szklanki mąki

1 margaryna

4 żółtka

pół szklanki cukru

cukier waniliowy

2 łyżeczki proszu do pieczenia

3 łyżki śmietany

łyżka smalcu

2 kg jabłek ( pół szklanki cukru)

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:

Mąkę przesiewamy z prosziem do pieczenia , dodajemy margarynę siekając nożem następnie żółta , cuier waniliowy, cukier śmietanę , smalec ciągle siekając. Sklejamy ciasto dosłownie 2 minuty nie wyrabiamy. Wkładamy do lodówki najlepiej na całą noc.

Jabłuszka( antonówki, papierówki ) . Obrac dodać pół szlanki cukru i zesmażyć.

Blachę smarujemy masłem i posypujemy bułką tartą wykładamy ciasto ( troche odkładamy na przykrycie wierzchu) rozwałkowane wałkiem na to jabłuszka i przykrywany resztą ciasta. Pieczemy o 40 min w temperaturze 180". Ciasto rozpływa sie w ustach. Robię je od 10 lat. Jeszcze nie było sytuacji aby się nie udało. SMACZNEGO

Ja bardzo często robię szarlotkę z tego przepisu ,jest przepyszna.Czesto jadamy ją na ciepło z lodami.Pozdrawiam autorkę
