Pszenne bułki zapiekane z serem

Ingredients:

3,5 szklanki mąki pszennej (np. Szymanowskiej)
300 ml ciepłego mleka
3 dag drożdży
łyzeczka soli
łyżeczka cukru
oscypek pokrojony w plastry (lub inny ser wędzony np mozarella)
żurawina ze słoiczka

Prepare instructions:

Drożdże rozcieramy z cukrem i rozprowadzamy w połowie mleka. Odstawiamy do wyrośniecia na 10 minut.
Mąkę z solą przesiewamy do miski, dodajemy resztę mleka i wyrośnięty zaczyn. Mieszamy łyżką.
Na blacie wysypanym mąką zagniatamy gładkie i elatyczne ciasto ok 5 minut. Ciasto przekładamy do miski wysmarowanej oliwą. Odstawiamy do wyrośniecia na ok 45 minut.
Piekarnik nagrzewamy do 210^oC.
Gdy ciasto podwoi obętość lepimy z niego bułeczki (mi wychodzi 12), spłaszczamy je i układamy na blasze wyłozonej papierem.

Wkładamy do piekarnik na 10 minut (aż stana sie rumiane).

Po tym czasie wyjmujemy je i układamy na każdej plaster oscypka. Wkładamy do piekarnika by sie rozpuścił. Po wyjęciu na każdą bułeczke nakładamy żurawinę i wsuwamy aż uszy sie trzęsą.

Mozarella nie jest serem wędzonym?

Może Cię zaskocze Glaus jest jest też wędzona !

Mozarella jest również wędzona :) na ogół widziałam ją pakowaną, nie na wagę.
