Ingredients:

5 jaj
9 łyżek cukru
1 łyżka kakao
3 łyżki żelatyny
1 galaretka
1 duży cukier waniliowy
1 szkl. śmietany
zapach waniliowy

Prepare instructions:

żelatynę namoczyć w 1/2 szkl. zimnej wody, gdy napęcznieje, dodać 1/2 szkl. gorącej wody

porcja żółta:
ubić 2 białka z 3 łyżkami cukru, 1/2 cukru waniliowego na sztywną pianę. Dodać 3 żółtka, wlewać po trochu 1/3 żelatyny i cały czas miksować. Wlać do tortownicy i wstawić do lodówki

porcja brązowa:
ubić 3 białka z 3 łyżkami cukru i 1/2 cukru waniliowego, dodać 2 żółtka i pod koniec ubijania kakao i 1/3 porcji żelatyny. Wlać na zastygniętą warstwę żółtą i wstawić do lodówki

porcja biała:
śmietanę ubijać z 3 łyżkami cukru i zapachem waniliowym. Pod koniec ubijania wlać 1/3 porcji żelatyny. Wlać na zastygniętą warstwę brązową i wstawić do lodówki

Po zastygnięciu śmietany, wierzch wyłożyć owocami. zalać tężejącą galaretką, wstawić do lodówki

Uwaga: żelatyna dodawana do poszczególnych porcji musi być wystudzona

dzisiaj zrobiłam!!!wyszło świetne!! i smakowało tak samo świetnie.szkoda żę tak szybko znikneło ze stołu.jutro robie znowu.rewelacja.polecam!!!!!

Właśnie robie ptasie mleczko... :P Zobaczymy jak bedzie smakować... ja upiekłam do niego jeszcze biszkopt :P buzi... napisze później jak wyszło :P
