Pyszne ciasto z owocami lata

Ingredients:

kostka margaryny
300 g mąki pszennej
180 g cukru pudru
4 jajka
łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
300 g mrożonych owoców ( u mnie truskawki, maliny, wisnie i czarna porzeczka)

Prepare instructions:

Podarujmy sobie trochę ciepła w środku zimy, a co :) Chociaż nie mamy sezonu na takie owoce to możemy kupić je mrożone i też są naprawdę dobre, polecam :)

Margarynę miksujemy z cukrem pudrem i jajkami.

Dodajemy mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem do pieczenia i dokładnie mieszamy.

Ciasto wykładamy do wysmarowanej tłuszczem formy.

Układamy owoce (bez rozmrażania) lekko wciskając je w ciasto.

Pieczemy ok. 50 minut w rozgrzanym do 180 stopni piekarniku.

Przed podaniem posypujemy cukrem pudrem.

margaryna rozpuszczona? czy w całości prosto z lodówki?

Wg mnie margaryna jest o temperaturze pokojowej jesli ja miksujemy z cukrem i jajkami.

Ja zawsze miksuję z taką prosto z lodówki, kroję ją na kawałeczki. Wiadome, że lepiej jest ją wyciągnąc wcześniej bo będzie bardziej miękka ale ja zawsze zapominam ;]
