0,5 kg miesa mielonego
pieczarki
1 cebula
koperek
bulka zwykla
mleko do namoczenia bulki
ser zolty
1 jajko
ziola prowansalskie
curry
sol, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Pieczarki i cebulke pokroic, doprawic i poddusic na maselku. Mieso, jajko, posiekany koperek, przyprawy i namoczona bulke w mleku( ja nie odciskam) wyrobic. Formowac placek na ktory klasc lyzeczka podduszone pieczareczki i slupeczek zoltego sera. Zlepic, smazyc na rozgrzanym oleju.Ja zawsze dla pewnosci wkladam na troche do piekarnika.

Ps. prosze przygotowac miseczke z woda, maczanie raczek ulatwia formowanie kotlecikow.

Fajny pomysł na odmianę zwykłych mielonych. Dodałam do ulubionych i napewno zrobię.

Przepraszam ze dopiero teraz odpisuje, ale nie zagladalam tutaj od dawna.A co do bulki tartej to zalezy od Ciebie, ja nie dodaje, moja mama tak. W kazdym razie i takie i takie bardzo nam smakuja, czego i Was zycze:-). pozdrawiam.
