Ingredients:

paczke makaronu rury albo świderki(najlepiej z Lubelli)
2 połowki piersi z kurczaka
1 cebulka
mrozonke warzywna-"warzywa na patelnie"
1 łyzke masła
1 łyżke mąki
mleko
ser żółty-duuużo
przyprawy
sól,pieprz,vegeta,bazylia,oregano,papryka słodka
tłuszcz do posmarowania naczynia do zapiekania(najlepiej zaroodporne)
Zamiast piersi z kurczaka mozna zrobic sos mięsny jak na spaghetti bolonese

Prepare instructions:

Makaron ugotować al'dente.Piersi z kurczaka pokroic w kostkę,cebulke pokroic i zeszklic,dodać piersi i podsmazyc ,przyprawić,na koniec dodac paczke mieszanki warzywnej chwilke jeszcze smazyć,Z mąki,masła i mleka zrobic sos beszamelowy,lekko przyprawic,sola,pieprzem,vegeta,Ser zetrzec na tarce ,część dodac do sosu,reszta na posypanie zapiekanki.
Warstwy od dołu;
1. makaron
2. mięsko z warzywami
3.sos beszamelowy
4.ser starty-duzo
Przyprawy wg.uznania

Zamiast makaronu moga byc ziemniaki w plasterkach
Zamiast miesa moze być ryba smażona, polana sosem koperkowym
Lub inne wariacje...

Bardzo sie ciesze ze smakowala,polecam zamiast makaronu ziemniaczki-wychodzi pyszne.
