Ingredients:

½ kg mąki pszennej 5 dkg drożdży 2 jajeczka 1 ½ szklaneczki mleczka płaska łyżeczka soli paczka rodzynek

Prepare instructions:

Drożdże rozdrobić z letnim mlekiem. Potem da mąki dodajemy jajeczka drożdże mleczko i płaską łyżeczkę soli po czym wyrabiamy rączkami albo drewnianą łyżką. Po wyrobieniu dodajemy rodzinek. Zostawimy ciasto do wyrośnięcia na od ½ godzinki do 1 godzinki. A teraz sobie czekamy………………i czekamy……………no i już koniec czekania. Następnie na patelnie lejemy dużo oleju. Racuchy lubią pływać w oleju. Na rozgrzany olej dajemy porcje najlepiej wielkości jednej łyżki stołowej. Łyżke którą się to ciasto nabiera można w oleju moczyć bo wtedy ciasto lepiej schodzi. SMACZNEGO

znam smak rcuchów jak byłam dzieckiem mama często robiła rachuchy kiedy to było o rety chyba 50 lat temu - doskonałe ja też robię

Są super. Dodałam jeszcze 3 łyżeczki cukru i 3 jabłka pokrojone w cienkie plasterki.A poza tym rewelka.

Racuchy wyszly bardzo dobre, do ciasta dodalam troche cukru a reszta tak jak w przepisie-polecam :)
