Rogaliki na śmietanie

Ingredients:

500 ml. śmietany (12, 18 )
200 g masła lub margaryny
4 szkl. mąki
1 jajko
2 łyzki cukru
2 łyżki mleka
1/2 łyżeczki soli
1/3 szkl. oleju
50 g drożdży

Do posmarowania
2 żółtka
1 łyżka cukru

Prepare instructions:

Drożdże wymieszać z mlekiem i łyżeczką cukru.
Masło rozpuścić, przestudzić i dodać jajko, wymieszać.
Do śmietany dodać wyrośnięte drożdże, masło wymieszane z jajkiem, mąkę, sól, cukier i wyrobić ciasto. Pod koniec dodać olej i dobrze wszystko wyrobić. Ciasto odstawić na 1 godz. do wyrośnięcia. Wyrośnięte ciasto podzielić na dwie części i rozwałkować cienko na okrągłe placki. Każdy placek podzielić na trójkąty (u mnie było 12 z jednego placka). Na każdy trójkąt układamy nadzienie i zwijamy. Nadzienie do rogalików może być różne (czekolada, jabłka, marmolada, budyń)

Blaszkę wykładamy papierem do pieczenia i układamy rogaliki, smarujemy żółtkiem wymieszanym z cukrem. Pieczemy aż będą rumiane w 190 st
