Ingredients:

Biszkopt:
3 jaja
3 łyżki mąki pszennej
1 op. budyniu waniliowego
łyżeczka proszku
pół szkl. cukru

Krem:
20 dag. śmietany 18%
15 dag. wiórek kokosowych
10 dag. cukru pudru
3 łyżeczki żelatyny
200 ml śmietany 30%

Krokant:
5 dag. siekanych migdałów bez skórki
4 dag. cukru

Prepare instructions:

Krokant:
Na rozgrzaną patelnię wsypać cukier, stopić na karmel, dodać miogdały, wymieszać. Przelożyć na folię aluminiową, poczekać aż zastygnie, pokruszyć.

Biszkopt:
Białka ubić na sztywną pianę, dodawać cukier, żółtka. Wsypać mąkę z proszkiem i budyniem, wymieszać łyżką. Ciasto wylać na duża blachę, piec ok. 15 min, w temp 180st. Gorący biszkopt przełożyć na ściereczkę posypaną cukrem pudrem i zwinąć razem ze ściereczką.

Krem:

Żelatynę rozp. w 1/2 szkl. gorącej wody, wystudzić. Śmietanę 18% wymieszać z cukrem i wiórkami, dodać żelatynę. Śmietankę 30 % ubić na sztywno, wymieszać z masą kokosową.
Biszkopt rozwinąć, posmarować 3/4 kremu, posypać krokantem, zwinąć. Wierzch posmarować reszta kremu, posypać kokosem. Schłodzić .

Budyń bez cukru czy może być z cukrem, na 1/2 litra mleka? Fajnie wygląda, aż mnie kusi by już upiec.
