Roladki z indyka z estragonem

Ingredients:

0,5 kg filetu z indyka
3 łyżki oliwy
4 małe ogórki konserwowe
100 ml rosołu
50 ml białego wytrawnego wina
2 łyżeczki suszonego estragonu sól i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Mięso umyć, osuszyć i pokroic w plastry. Rozbić. Pokroić na kawałki (6 X 6 cm). Posolić popieprzyć i dodać estragon. Ogórki pokroić w słupki i kłaść po jednym na każdy kawałek indyka. Zwinąć i spiąć wykałaczką. W rondlu rozgrzać tłuszcz. Roladki obsmażyć na złoty kolor, podlać rosołem wymieszanym z winem i dusić do miękkości (ok. 1/2 godz.) Powstały po duszeniu sos zagęścić mąką. Polać nim roladki.
