Rolady z filetów z kurczaka z nadzieniem

Ingredients:

4 duże filety z kurczaka 4 plastry gotowanej szynki wieprzowej 4 plastry sera żółtego 1 ogórek kiszony pokrojony w paski kilka pasków papryki czerwonej konserwowej3 jajka,mąka pszenna,bułka tarta,troche wegety,olej do smażenia.

Prepare instructions:

Filety delikatnie rozbijamy,na jak największe,bardzo leciutko sypiemy wegetą tę stronę na której będziemy układać nadzienie następnie układamy po kolei -najpierw plaster szynki,potem plaster sera{jeśli plastry za duże trzeba je zmniejszyć},następnie pasek ogórka kiszonego i ze dwa paski papryki.Zwijamy rolady i spinamy wykałaczkami. Obtaczamy je w mące,moczymy w jajku rozmąconym z wegetą i do bułki tartej. Teraz na patelnię na dobrze rozgrzany głęboki olej i smażymy tak po 10 minut z dwóch stron{można trochę krócej}.Podstawą jest aby starać się żeby przy rozbijaniu filetów nie porobić dziur w mięsie,gdyż wtedy wycieknie nam więcej smakowitego sera. Można te rolady robić także ze schabu lub zmieniać nadzienie-na pomidora,zielonego ogórka itd.Ja najlepiej lubię te z papryką bo papryka daje specyficzny fajny smak.ŻYCZĘ SMACZNEGO!

Nie wiem czemu mój przepis jest na zielono,czy to ja dałam ten kolor niechcąco czy co.
