1 plat ciasta francuskiego 25/40
6-7 pieczarek
1 cebula
2 ugotowane ziemnaki
1krotkie lub 0,5 dlugiego petka kielbaski (slaska, czosnkowa)
100 g sera twardego
ketchup pikantny
2 lyzki oleju
Jajko do posmarowania
Przyprawy (sol, pieprz, vegeta, papryka, chilli)

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto francuskie pokroic na 8 czesci.
Przygotowac farsz:
cebule,pieczarki ser i kielbase pokroic w kostke.Ziemniaki pokroic i podusic widelcem (niezbyt dokladnie)
Na rozgrzany olej wrzucic kielbaske i zarumienic.Dodac pieczarki cebulke ,krotko podsmazyc.Dodac ziemniaki i przyprawy (sol, pieprz, papryke, odrobine chilli) Masa musi byc dosc pikantna.Jeszcze troche podsmazyc ciagle mieszajac.Do goracej masy wrzucic pokrojony w kosteczke ser.Rozmieszac.
Ciasto francuskie posmarowac ketchupem omijajac brzegi zeby sie dobrze skleilo.Na kazdy prostokat nalozyc ok 2 lyzki nadzienia uformowanego w walek i zwinac w rulonik

Ruloniki posmarowac rozmaconym jajkiem,posypac tartym serem i zapiec w temperaturze 200° przez 20 minut.
Podawac z surowkami.

Danko jest bardzo smaczne.Robi sie je szybko i mozna do niego wykorzystac rozne resztki z lodowki

Robiłam podobny " przegląd lodówki " z ciastem naleśnikowym, a tu proszę - elegancko w cieście francuskim ! Rodzinka będzie zachwycona, a nieważne, że w środku resztka mięska z wczorajszego obiadku, trochę papryki, marchewki z groszkiem itp.
W takich daniach udaje mi się przemycić i wcisnąć moim dzieciom warzywa, bo lubią zapiekane różności.
Dzięki za ciekawy pomysł.
