Ingredients:

filety rybne ( 1 filet na osobe)
2 marchewki
1piertuszka
1 duzy por
pieprz
sol/vegeta
ziola (np.majeranek, czy oregano)
maslo
*opcjonalnie czosnek

Prepare instructions:

Filety rozmrozone/ świeże przyprawiamy: posypujemy sola/vegeta pieprzem oraz delikatnie ziolami, * jesli ktos lubi to smarujemy filety czoskiem i, wyciskamy sok z cytryny. Filety zostawiamy w calości ( w przypadku bardzo duzych filetow dzielimy na poł)

Przygotowujemy warzywa krojac w talarki, nastepnie rozgrzewamy na sporej patelni kawalek masla, wrzucamy pokrojone marchew i pietruszke i podsmazamy kilka minut, mieszajac od czasu do czasu.
Nastepnie dolewamy z ok. pol szklanki wody (ilosc wody na tyle aby warzywka zaczely sie dusic) i przykrywamy. Po ok 10-15 minutach sprawdzamy miekkosc warzywek, jesli sa twarde dolewamy wody i jeszcze z 5 minut dusimy, natomiast jesli pol miiekkie to kladziemy przygotowane filety rybne. Posypujemy calosc pokrojonym porem, dodajemy jeszcze z pol szklanki wody przykrywamy i. po *15 -20 minutach rybka gotowa.

Dziękuję za pyszny przepis. Rybka wyśmienita. Jestem po laparoskopii a ten przepis jest bardzo miłym urozmaiceniem w monotonnej diecie. Pozdrawiam
