Dorsz zapiekany z ziemniakami i czosnkiem

Ingredients:

600 g filetów z dorsza
600 g ziemniaków
1 cebula
1 łyżka soku z cytryny
1/4 łyżeczki suszonej lebiodki (oregano)
7-10 ząbków czosnku
3 łyżki masła
sól, pieprz
posiekana natka

Prepare instructions:

Filety umyć, osuszyć, ułożyć na półmisku, skropić sokiem z cytryny, oprószyć solą, pieprzem, lebiodką. Przykryć, wstawić do lodówki na 1 godzinę. Ziemniaki obrać, umyć, pokroić w cienkie plastry, zalać posolonym wrzątkiem, gotować 2-3 min, osaczyć. Cebulę obrać, pokroić w plasterki, przelać wrzątkiem. Przygotować masło czosnkowe: czosnek obrać, drobno posiekać, rozetrzeć z solą, dokładnie wymieszać z masłem, dodając kilka kropli soku z cytryny.
Żaroodporny półmisek natłuścić masłem czosnkowym, położyć rybę, cebulę, ziemniaki, wiórki masła. Zapiekać 45 min w temperaturze 220° C. Posypać natką.

ja robie ta zapiekanke z pstrągiem lub mintajem jest pyszna i zalewam to wszystko sosem serowym - "pomysł na ... zapiekanke serowa" SMAKUJE SUPER
