Ryba zapiekana po egipsku

Ingredients:

Cala ryba morska (1-2 kg)

Ziemniaki,ok 1 kg,

Papryka (kolorowa) 1-2 sztuki

Pomidory 2-3 szt

Cebula 1 duza

Kolendra, garsc natki

Olej ok 4 lyzek

Przecier pomidorowy, ok 5 lyzek

Sol i pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Surowe ziemniaki oraz pomidory pokroic na plastry, cebule na wiorki a papryki na paski, ulozyc w skropionym olejem naczyniu zaroodpornym. Na to polozyc cala oczyszczona rybe, doprawic sola, pieprzem i wycisnietym czosnkiem, zalac rozcienczonym z woda przecierem pomidorowym (2-3 lyzki przecieru). Calosc oproszyc posiekana kolendra i polac niewielka iloscia oleju z wierzchu.

W Aleksandrii nie dodaje sie przecieru, jednak beduini na Synaju dodaja i mnie tak bardziej smakuje. Kolendra to tez moj dodatek ktory nadaje fantastyczny aromat.

Naczynie przykrywamy pokrywka szklana lub folia aluminiowa i pieczemy w goracym piekarniku (do 200 stopni) przez ok 40 minut.

Najlepiej smakuje z salatka ze swierzych ogorkow, pomidorow, posiekanej pietruszki z rukola.
