Ingredients:

ok.1 kg dowolnych filetów z morskiej ryby (preferuję dorsza)

Farsz:

4 duże cebule
1 papryka czerwona
1 papryka żółta
1 papryka zielona
1 puszka brzoskwiń w syropie
musztarda
ketchup

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowujemy farsz:

Cebule obieramy, kroimy w półksiężyce, szklimy na patelni. Dorzucamy do niej pokrojone w cienkie paseczki papryki, podlewamy nieco sokiem z brzoskwiń i dusimy chwilkę.

Na koniec dorzucamy pokrojone w plasterki połówki brzoskwiń, dodajemy jeszcze soku z brzoskwiń i doprawiamy do smaku musztardą, ketchupem i cukrem. Można dodać kilka kropli sosu sojowego.

Warzywa powinny pozostać jędrne i twardawe. W żadnym razie nie powinny się rozpaść.

Rybę dokładnie obtaczamy w mące i smażymy na patelni. (jeśli zamrożona - najpierw rozmrażamy).

Na każdej porcji ryby układamy słuszną porcję farszu.

Ja uwielbiam to danie na ciepło, do ryżu. Mój mąż konsumuje je na zimno. Rzecz gustu

W składnikach nie ma nic na temat brzoskwiń, czy jedna puszka wystarczy???

Przepraszam za niedopatrzenie. Tak, potrzebna jest jedna puszka brzoskwiń w syropie. Już poprawiam.
