Ingredients:

0,5kg fileta mintaja,dorsza,miruny lub pangi
mąka
sól
Sos:
oliwa z oliwek
3-4ząbki czosnku
1 papryczka chili
5-6pomidorów lub 300g koktajlówek
garść czarnych oliwek i kaparów( po 50g)
natka pietruszki

Prepare instructions:

Pewien "starszy" Włoch mieszkający w Irlandii zachwalał prostotę i smak tej potrawy.

Rybę pokroić, posolić,skropić sokiem z cytryny i odstawić na 15-30min do lodówki.Nstępnie rozgrzewamy ok.1/3szklanki oliwy w garnku średniej wilkości i smażymy z obu stron obtoczoną w mące rybę.Kiedy osiągnie już złocisty kolor przekładamy na talerz.W tym samym rądlu podsmażamy rozdrobniony czosnek i drobno posiekaną chili.Jeszcze minuta intensywnego mieszania,by nie przypalić czosnku(będzie miał gorzki smak) i po chwili dodajemy pokrojone oliwki,kapary,natkę i sparzone wcześniej poćwiartowane pomidory.Teraz możemy dodać rumianą rybę .Po pięciu min.duszenia przekładamy ją na talerz polewając pozostałym sosem.Bardzo ciekawy,oryginalny smak,podawać można np.ze szparagami.

Jeśli pomidory kupiliśmy w jednym z marketów proponuję dodać do sosu łyżkę koncentratu lub maly sloiczek przecieru pomidorowego

Bardzo dobra ryba:) Przepis już jest w ulubionych i na pewno jeszcze nie raz zostanie wykorzystany.
