1kg swiezej ryby (dorada,sandacz) w jednym kawalku
3 kg soli gruboziarnistej najlepiej morskiej- wilgotnej

Prepare instructions:

Warunkiem powodzenia tego dania jest swieza ryba
ktora musimy odpowiednio przygotowac:
rybe ta bedziemy w calosci piekli bez skrobania,jedynie poprzez skrzela
wyciagniemy wnetrznosci starajac sie nie nacinac skory naszej rybki.Po oplukaniu osuszamy papierowym recznikiem . W zaroodpornym naczyniu
sypieny sol tworzac ok 1.5 cm warstwe na dnie naczynia na ktora to ukladamy rybe i zasypujemy w calosci pozostala sola. Utworzony w ten sposob kopiec dociskamy rekami (jesli sol nie jest wilgotna mozna sol skropic delikatnie woda)
W nagrzanym piekarniku do 180/200ºC pieczemy ok 45min do 1 godz .
Podajemy z gotowanymi na parze warzywami (Brokoli ziemniaczki narchewka zielony groszek ) kto co lubi . jest to bardzo dietetycze danie i jeszcze bardziej smaczne. BUEN PROVECHO !!

pracuje w restauracjii i mam te rybe w menu

tylko wedlug mnie nie trzeba piec tak dlugo. polecam jest bardzo dobra. mozna na blasze piec. ja nacinam od grzbietu i odkrywam troszke aby kelnerka sie nie meczyla :)

a jak ta rybe wyciagnac z tej soli wyjdzie spokojnie po upieczeniu?
