Ingredients:

1/2 kg filetów świeżej lub mrożonej ryby
1 cebula
1 czerstwa bułka
1 jajko
sól, pieprz do smaku
ok. 1l bulionu warzywnego
żelatyna
gotowana marchewka, jajka, ogórki kiszone do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

Rybę, cebulę, namoczoną i odciśniętą bułkę mielimy (jeżeli mamy mrożone płaty, rozmrażamy). Dodajemy jajko, doprawiamy solą i pieprzem, wyrabiamy. Na rozłożonej gazie formujemy wałek i ścisło zawijamy, zawiązujemy końce i gotujemy w bulionie na wolnym ogniu ok. 40 min. Wyjmujemy, studzimy i rozwijamy. Kroimy w grubsze plastry i układamy na półmisku, dekorujemy. Żelatynę rozpuszczamy w bulionie od ryby zgodnie z przepisem z opakowania (potrzeba ok 1/2 l). Zalewamy rybę i zostawiamy do stężenia.

Mam pytanko. Czy jak mam rybę PANGA w zamrażarce to też może być??I czy ta rybka na zimno jest tak samo smaczna??? . Do czego zbliżony ma smak??? proszę o szybką odp.

Witam. Ja właśnie na Wigilię robiłam z pangi i wszystkim smakowała. Jeżeli jadłaś kiedyś kotlety rybne to smak jest podobny a jeszcze dodatkowo efektownie wygląda. Mam nadzieję, że zachęciłam do wypróbowania przepisu. Pozdrawiam
