Sałatka buraczkowa wigilijna

Ingredients:

:)
- 4 średnie buraczki czerwone ugotowane
- 3-4 ogórki konserwowe
- 1 cebula może być czerwona
- 1 jabłko
- 2-3 łyżeczki musztardy
- 2-3 łyżeczki majonezu
- sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

:)
- ugotowane buraczki oraz ogórki konserwowe i jabłko (obrane) nalezy zetrzec na tarce o grubych oczkach
- cebule pokroić w kosteczke drobna
- wszystkie składniki wymieszać doprawić sola pieprzem dodac majonez i musztardę i jeszcze raz wymieszac :)
Jest to stara sałatka która w moim domu rodzinnym zawsze gościła w wigilie na stole ja natomiast często robie ja do obiadków rodzinnych bo super smakuje z mięsami :)

Znam tę sałatkę- robiła ją zawsze na Wigilię śp. mama mojej koleżanki.Przepis pochodził z Wilna.U nich w domu nazywała się sałatką winegret.

moja mama dostała ten przepis jakieś 30 lat temu od koleżanki z pracy i tak przetrwał do dziś dziekuje za komentarz :)
