sałatka "śledzie pod pierzynką"

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

2-3 jajka
puszka groszku lub kukurydzy (zalezy kto co lubi,ale smakuje pysznie z tym i z tym :) )
4-6 ziemniakow (zalezy od wielkosci)
1 cebula
4 platy sledzi matias (ja mam zawsze z firmy LISNER)
2 lyzki oliwy z oliwek
majonez

Prepare instructions:

jest to salatka warstwowa, dlatego najpierw napisze co jak zrobic a nastepnie podam warstwy ;)

ziemniaki ugotowac w mundurkach --ostudzic, obrac ze skórki i pokroic w kosteczke
groszek lub kukurydze wylac najlepiej na sitko zeby zalewa odkapala, nie bedzie salatka wtedy taka mokra
jajka ugotowac na twardo... nastepnie potrzec na tarce na malych oczkach
cebule pokroic w kosteczke i wsypac do osobnej miseczki wraz z pokrojonymi w nieza mala kostke sledziami ( ktore przedtem tez najlepiej chwile odsaczyc z zalewy).... wymieszac je i dodac 2 lyzki oliwy z oliwek

WARSTWY:
na sam dol miski kladziemy sledzie z cebula i oliwa
nastepnie wysypujemy groszek lub kukurydze
pozniej ziemniaki pokrojone w kostke
na to dajemy majonez rozsmarowujmy go po ziemniakach
i na ziemniaki sypiemy potarte jajka ;)

bardzo prosta i pyszna potrawa :)
