Salatka sledziowa Ulki

Ingredients:

1/2 kg śledzi solonych/płaty matias/
3 cebule czerwone
4 ziemniaki
2 jajka
słoik majonezu
2 buraki czerwone ugotowane lub konserwowe
1-2 łyżki octu winnego i oliwy z oliwek
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Płaty śledziowe wymoczyć ok.2 godz.Cebule obrać pokroić w półplasterki i sparzyć na sicie.Ziemniaki ugotować w mundurkach nastepnie obrać i pokroić w kostke.Jajka ugotować i poroić w kostkę.Buraki ugotowane lub konserwowe kroimy w cienkie plastry lub ucieramy na tarce o grubych oczkach.Płaty śledziowe odsączyć ,osuszyć pokroić w kostke, ułożyć na półmisku,skropić octem i polać oliwą.Następnie układać warstwami ,odsączoną cebulę,ziemniaki ,jajka ,buraki , lekko popieprzyć i na wierzch wyłożyć majonez.Wstawić do lodówki.Przed podaniem całość przybrać natką pietruszki lub koperku.SMACZNEGO!

Jedan z moich ulubionych sałatek, aż mi ślinka leci jak o niej sobie przypomnę...
W krajach byłego związku radzieckiego podstawowa sałatka na każde święta.
