Ingredients:

Opakowanie filetów śledziowych Lisner w sosie śmietanowym
2-3 jajka ugotowane na twardo
3-4 ogórki konserwowe
ok. 1/2 kg ugotowanych w skórce ziemniaków.
ew. łyżka majonezu lub śmietany
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Filety śledziowe wyjąć z sosu i pokroic na małe kawałki.
Jaja i ogórki pokroić w kostkę.
Ziemniaki obrać i też pokroić w kostkę.
Wszystkie składniki wymieszać z sosem śmietanowym.
Jak by wyszła za sucha można dodać majonezu lub śmietany.
Doprawić do smaku.
Udekorować szczypiorkiem lub natką.

Ileczko, sałatka bardzo smaczna. Fajny pomysł na wykorzystanie filetów śmietanowych :) Dziękuję za przepis:)

Smaczna - dodałam jeszcze surowe pieczarki - nie była sucha więc majonezu malutko dałam- pycha! polecam
