sałatka z fasolki i ziemniaków z fetą

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

fasolka szparagowa zielona
ogórki kiszone ( mogą też być małosolne)
ziemniaki
fasola czerwona
feta
jogurt naturalny ( ewentualnie odrobina majonezu)
pieprz i inne przyprawy wg uznania

Prepare instructions:

Z fasolki odcinamy końce- gotujemy z odrobiną soli, gotujemy ziemniaki w mundurkach ( uważamy zeby nie były zbyt miękkie)
Po ugotowaniu fasolkę kroimy na kawałeczki, ziemniaki obieramy ze skórki i kroimy w kostkę. Ogórki kiszone też kroimy w kostkę lub ścieramy na tarce na dużycha oczkach. Fasolę czerwoną odsączamy.
Wszystkie składniki mieszamy i na koniec dodajemy fetę pokrojoną w kostkę.
Przyprawy wg uznania pieprz, moze być czosnek... z solą uważy bo feta jest dość słona. Polewamy jogutrem naturalnym ( może być wymieszany z odrobiną majonezu)

Na koniec mozemy sałatkę posypać koperkiem.
Świetna do dań z grilla lub jako samodzielne danie.
SMACZEGO!!!!!

Właśnie zrobiłam- REWALACJA!!! bardzo dziekuję za smaczny przepis!!!

Zrobiłam dzisiaj na obiad.Nie spodziewałam się jakiś rewelacji - bo fasola z fasolą? Ale miałam puszkę fasolki szparagowej do wypróbowania. A tu zaskoczenie - przepyszna. Dodałam troszkę cebuli - doskonale podostrza smak oraz kukurydzy (bo mi zalegała reszta), ta ostatnia nie jest potrzebna, bo bez też smakuje rewelacyjnie.
