Sandwicze z pieczarkami i serem

Ingredients:

4 szt (kromki) chleba tostowego,
4 łyżki gęstego majonezu ,
4 łyżki zmielonego twarożku,
2-3 szt duże pieczarki,
5-7 dag parmezanu - w kawałku

Prepare instructions:

Kromki chleba (np żytniego lub pszenno żytniego) posmarować z jednej strony majonezem ( ja używam majonez kielecki, bo jest gęsty i o wyrazistym smaku) wymieszanym z twarożkiem. Pieczarki oczyścić, pokroić w cienkie plasterki, skropić sokiem z cytryny.
Zestrugać wiórki parmezanu.
Dwa tosty posmarowane masą serowo majonezową obłożyć pieczarkami , posypać solą i pieprzem oraz startym - zestruganym parmezanem..
Przykryć pozostałymi tostami, posmarowaną stroną do dołu.

Przekroić sandwicze na połowy.
Sandwicze te można wzbogacić dodając do nich świeże, młode listki sałaty albo bez sałaty i zapiec je w tosterze.

Uwielbiam "sandwicze" , wypróbuję tą wersję napewno, ja do swoich z wędlinką i serem dodaję sos czosnkowy i szczypior... palce lizać.

Witam, właśnie jem na śniadanko, od siebie dodałam kaszanke w plastrach, są pyszne ,polecam i pozdrawiam serdecznie, miłego upalnego dnia życzę
