Ingredients:

główka kapusty (w oryginale kiszonej w całości)
600 g mięsa mielonego [400 g wieprzowego, 200 g wołowego],
250 g surowej wędzonki,
100 g ryżu,
1 cebula,
100 g mąki,
150 g smalcu,
1 jajko,
2 szklanki soku pomidorowego,
pieprz, sól

Prepare instructions:

Zanurzoną w wodzie całą kapustę gotować kilka minut na małym ogniu, podcinając liście i powoli je zdejmując; ściąć główną żyłę z liści (u nasady).
Drobno posiekaną cebulę przesmażyć na 100 g smalcu. Dodać mięso i sparzony ryż, doprawić solą i pieprzem, ostudzić, wbić jajko i wszystko wymieszać. Farsz kłaść na liść kapusty i zwinąwszy zamknąć tak boki liścia, aby farsz nie mogł się wydostać.
Dno naczynia wyłożyć 2 lub 3 liścmi kapusty i układać gołąbki jeden obok drugiego. Każdą warstwę obłożyć pokrojoną na plastry wędzonką. Podlać osoloną wodą, przykryć i gotować ok. 2 godz. na małym ogniu.
Na 30 min. przed podaniem zrobić lekko z przyrumienionej na smalcu mąki i soku pomidorowego dość rzadki sos, polać gołąbki i dusić 30 min.

Sarma jest pyszna.Czasem mam przyjemność zajadać się nią u moich przyjaciół i to w orginalnym wydaniu,czyli w liściach kapusty kiszonej.Zastanawiam się,czy oby te gołąbki nie są lepsze od naszych tradycyjnych.
