Sol morska -nie koniecznie moze byc zwykla 1/2szkl
Cukier 1/2 szkl
Lyzka soli peklowej-nie koniecznie kolor jest ladniejszy
Czosnek,papryka,majeranek -ziola ktore lubicie
Rajstopy lub kolanowki

Prepare instructions:

1....Schab umyc osuszyc-pozbawic tluszczu
Natrzec cukrem odstawic do lodowki na 24h
Odlac wode...
2....szchab umyc-osuszyc recznikiem natrzec sola i znow odstawic na 36h...odlac wode,
3.....schab umyc osuszyc i natrzec przyprawami jakie lubimy-wsadzic do rajstopy i powiesic .
Ja wieszam na kaloryfer-schab jest gotowy po 4dniach.
W chlodniejszym miejscu -po ok 8-10ciu.
Kroic cieniutko...

Przepyszna wędlina! Moja rodzinka też ją uwielbia. Zamiast schabu można użyć polędwiczek, też super smakuje

Robiłam już kiedyś podobnie wędlinę i to była totalna porażka (nie pamiętam z czyjego przepisu). Na te święta zrobiłam podejście z Twojego przepisu. Pyszny, naprawdę pyszny! Już mam zamówienia od rodzinki na następny. :) Dzięki za przepis.
