kotlety schabowe(duże w obwodzie)

kilka pieczarek

kawałek czerwonej papryki

mała cebulka

ser żółty kilka plasterków

sól ,pieprz

bułka tarta do panierowania

jajka 3 też do panierowania

przyprawa do kurczaka

olej do głębokiego smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Kotlety schabowe rozbijamy dość cienko, przyprawiamy solą i pieprzem. Cebulkę kroimy w kosteczkę i smażymy na oleju aż się zeszkli następnie dorzucamy pokrojone pieczarki i paprykę pokrojoną w małą kosteczkę, przyprawiamy przyprawą do kurczaka. Ser pokroić w paski lub jeśli jest w kawałku zetrzeć na tarce. Do przestygniętego nadzienia dodać ser i wymieszać. Jeśli ktoś lubi pikantnie przyprawione może dodać chili. Na rozbite mięso położyć łyżkę nadzienia i zwinąć jak krokieta starając się aby nadzienie nie wystawało. Następnie zapanierować w jajku i bułce dwukrotnie i smażyć ok 10 minut jeśli robi to w garnuszku z olejem na wolnym ogniu jeśli we frytkownicy to zgodnie z opisem no urządzeniu.

Pieczarki, których nie lubię zastąpiłam ogórkiem kiszonym. Pyszne!
