Wieprzowina pieczona w piwie

Ingredients:

1 kg schabu bez kości
1 ząbek czosnku
1/2 łyżki soli
1/2 łyżki zmielonego pieprzu
szczypta zmielonego kminku
1 łyżka oleju
1 cebula
8 ziemniaków (około 800 g)
1/4 szklanki bulionu z kostki
1/2 szklanki ciemnego piwa

Prepare instructions:

Mięso umyć. Osuszyć. Z wierzchu ponacinać na krzyż. Czosnek obrać, rozgnieść z solą, pieprzem i kminkiem. Mięso natrzeć mieszanką, odstawić na 20 minut. Ziemniaki obrać, umyć, pokroić na grube plastry. Cebulę obrać, pokroić w ćwiartki. Mięso ułożyć w brytfannie nasmarowanej olejem, podlać bulionem, dookoła wyłożyć ćwiartki cebuli i plastry ziemniaków. Brytfannę wstawić do piekarnika nagrzanego do temp. 220°C, piec ok. 1 godziny. 20 minut przed końcem pieczenia mięso podlać piwem. Gotową pieczeń wyjąć z piekarnika. Po 15 minutach pokroić w plastry. Podawać z ziemniakami i surówką.

zrobiłam w ten sposób wołowinkę (akurat była pod ręką), mięso miało bardzo ciekawy smak, danie wyszło smakowite....jedyne co usłyszałam .... "mało" :)
