Ser żółty

Ingredients:

kg twarogu
1l mleka
1/2 kostki margaryny
2 łyżeczki soli
2 łyżeczki octu
2 łyżeczki sody
2 żółtka

ewentualnie dodatki:
czosnek lub papryka,kto co lubi.

Prepare instructions:

Mleko zagotować,dodać twaróg i gotować 5 minut mieszając.Po ugotowaniu odcedzić przez druszlak.W drugim garnku roztopić margaryne,dodać mase serową,żółtka,sól,ocet i sode.Gotować ok 5 minut mieszając.Po ugotowaniu włożyc do formy i zostawić do ostygnięcia.

Moją formą była butelka 1,5 litrowa po wodzie mineralnej,odcinałam góre i mase serową wkładałam do butelki.Często do masy serowej już na samym końcu dodawałam 4 ząbki czosnku lub papryke konserwową pokrojoną w kosteczke.Ten serek często robił furore na imprezie jako przekąska,ale na kanapce też jest pyszny.

Ja zawsze robiłam na tłustym ale myśle że to chyba nie ma znaczenia.
