Serniczki na zimno Romantyczne

Ingredients:

500g serek waniliowy homogenizowany (ja użyłam Zott)
2 galaretki truskawkowe

dekoracja:
250 g śmietanki tortowej 30% (co najmniej) do ubicia
dekoracyjne serduszka z czekolady (białej lub ciemnej)
kolorowe cukiereczki w kształcie serduszek
wszystkie inne "romantyczne" i gustowne ozdoby (oby nie za dużo ;) )

Prepare instructions:

2 galaretki rozpuścić w 400ml gorącej wody. Wystudzić, często mieszając.
Za pomocą robota w misce dokładnie wymieszać serek z wystudzoną płynną galaretką.

Gotową masę wlewać do silikonowych foremek do pieczenia (np. w kształcie serc) lub do ładnie ukształtowanych (w kształcie dzwonka) lampek do wina/wody (Nie mogą mieć zwężanych ku górze krawędzi!)

Wstawić do lodówki do stężenia.
W międzyczasie ubić na sztywno śmietanę (z niewielką ilością cukru - sernik sam w sobie jest dość słodki)

Wyjąć z lodówki, zagrzać szklane naczynka lub foremkę pod delikatnym strumieniem gorącej wody i delikatnie wyłożyć serniczki na talerzykach (można pomóc sobie nożem oddzielając delikatnie krawędzie naczynia od sernika)

Udekorować bitą śmietaną i dekoracyjnymi elementami.
