CIASTO : Ze wszystkich skadladnikow zagniesc ciasto kroche wieksza polowe ciasta wylozyc na blache wysmarowana maslem i poypana bulka tarta. mniejsza polowe ciasta schlodzic. MASA: smietany cukier i cukier waniliowy i 2 budynie sok z cytryny razem z miksowac. + bialka ubic na sztywno i dodac do masy i delikatnie wmieszac. Wykonanie: wieksza polowa ciasta masa ze smietany podpiec 10 minut w tem 180stopni pokruszyc pozostala czesc ciasta piec okolo 30minut jeszcze w tem 180stopni po wystygnieciu posypac cukrem pudrem najlepiej smakuje schlodzony z lodowki

podejrzewam że 18% jadłam kiedyś taki sernik, co prawda to nie to co ten z sera ale polecam zawsze coś innego...
