Sernik bez sera- pyszny

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

-5 żółtek,

-1szkl cukru,

-1 margaryna,

-1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia,

-3 szkl mąki

Masa:

-3 śmietany 18% (3x po 400ml)

-1 budyń śmietankowy rodzinny,

-pół łyzki mąki ziemniaczanej,

-5 białek,

-1szkl cukru

-cukier waniliowy

Prepare instructions:

Przepis godny polecenia przeze mnie i moje sąsiadki, którym go obdarowałam ;) Ciasto jest idealne dla osób lubiących ciasta delikatne, puszyste i nie za słodkie.

Ciasto zagnieść z podanych składników. 2/3 ciasta ułożyć na spód blachy. 1/3 włożyć do zamrażarki (będzie potrzebne do starcia na górę ciasta)

Śmietany mieszamy mikserem z budyniem i mąką ziemniaczaną. Białka ubijamy z cukrami. Łączymy razem i wlewamy do blachy z ciastem. Na masę scieramy pozostawione ciasto z zamrażarki. Pieczemy ok 50 min w temp 180stC.

Po upieczeniu możemy zrobić na cieście zygzaki z polewy czekoladowej

Tak jak jest napisane w przepisie: 1 budyń czyli jedną całą torebkę wsypujemy do śmietany

Ewentualnie jeden duży budyń można zastąpić dwoma normalnymi małymi.

tak, wiem o tym,ale ona pierwsza mi odpowiedziała, jakie to duże mają być śmietany
