Ingredients:

CIASTO KRUCHE:

2 szklanki mąki
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1/2 kostki margaryny
3/4 szklanki cukru
1 cukier waniliowy
1 jajko
1 żółtko

MASA BUDYNIOWA:

1l mleka
3 budynie czekoladowe

MASA SEROWA:

4 serki homogenizowane
1/2 kostki masła
3 łyżki cukru
1 cukier waniliowy
3 jajka

Prepare instructions:

Wszystkie składniki na ciasto kruche łączymy za pomocą noża stołowgo (siekamy) , później zagniatamy i wyrabiamy aż wszystkie składniki się połączą. Smarujemy formę 35x40 masłem, wysypujemy bułką tartą i rozwałkowanie ciasto wkładamy do formy. Dobrze jak brzegi foremki będą też założone ciastem. Przyżądzamy budyń czyli w 1 szklance rozprowadzamy budyń resztę gotujemy i wlewamy do gotująceg się mleka. Budyń będzie bardzo gęsty. Gorący budyń wylewamy na surowe ciasto we foremce. Odstawić całość do wystygnięcia. W tym czasie przygotujemy masę serową. Do serków homogenizowanych dodajemy cukier i cukier waniliowy, masło, żółtka i budyń sypki (nie gotowany), na końcu pianę z białek. Masę serową wylewamy na zimny już budyń i dopiero teraz wszystko wkładamy do nagrzanego piekarnika. Piec w temp. 180-190 st.C przez ok. 45-50 min.

Ciasto rzeczywiście smaczne.Kilka dni temu takim ciastem poczęstowała mnie sąsiadka.
