sernik na kruchym cieście - MNIAM

Ingredients:

kruche ciasto:
1 kostka masła/ margaryny kasi, 3 żółtka, 3 szklanki mąki krupczatki, szklanka cukru, kakao

masa:
5 serków homogenizowanych waniliowych ( małych - może byc np serek danio waniliowy )
1 budyń ( smietankowy lub waniliowy ) z cukrem
1 op. cukru waniliowego

Prepare instructions:

ciasto zagnieść z kakaem ( w ilości dodolnej w zależności jakie ciemne chcecie ) podzielić na 2 części i wstawić do lodówki.

do serków wsypać budyń, cukier waniliowy i wymieszać, z białek które zostały z ciasta ubić pianę która delikatnie wymieszać z serkami.

na brytwankę ( posmarowana delikatnie margaryna i opruszoną mąką ) zetrzeć połowe wyjętego z lodówki ciasta ( zetrzeć na grubej tarce), nałożyć przygotowana masę serową, zetrzeć drugą połowę ciasta, wstawić do piekarnika - 180 C , piec do uzyskania złotego kolory. posypac cukrem pudrem.

mam piec do uzyskań złotego koloru czekoladowego ciasta ?? on raczej złote nigdy nie będzie...

no tak, fakt, z rozpędu napisałam, ale ciasto wcale nie jest bardzo ciemne wiec widać jak jest już gotowe 30/45 min

a ha a w sumie to też źle odpisałam ponieważ górną na warstwe ciasta ucieramy jasną cześć masy - bez kakaa wiec... piecze sie na złoty kolor :D
