Masa serowa
10-12 jajek
1 1/2 łyżki mąki
1 szkl. Cukru
1,30 sera białego
1 kostka masła

Biszkopt
5 jajek
Szklanka cukru
Łyżeczka PP
Szklanka Mąki pszennej
2 łyżeczki maki ziemniaczanej

lub
można upiec dwa biszkopty z 4 jajek

Polewa:
1 margaryna
Szklanka cukru
8 łyżeczek mleka
4 łyżki kakao
Cukier waniliowy

Prepare instructions:

Wszystkie składniki masy serowej utrzeć na puszysta masę. Na koniec dodać pianę i mąkę.
Zimny, upieczony biszkopt przekroić na połowę. Jedną część wyłożyć na blachę, posmarowac połową polewy. Na polewe wyłożyć połowę masy serowej, przykryć drugim biszkoptem i posmarować reszta polewy. Wyłożyć na to pozostałą część masy. Wstawić do pieca.

Nie skomentuję tego przepisu, bo byłby chamski albo inaczej : tak samo kulturalny jak opis wykonania podany przez Autora/kę.
Jaki przepis taki komentarz.

Po wstawieniu do pieca czekać aż ktoś włączy i dobierze temperaturę? Może być +40° F, czy inna.???
