Ingredients:

Spód:
1,5 szkl. mąki tortowej
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
0,5 kostki margaryny
1 jajko
1 żółtko(białko do wysmarowania spodu)
0,5 szkl. cukru

Ser:
1,2kg sera
1 szkl. cukru
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
0,5 szkl. mleka
0,5 szkl. oleju
1 budyń waniliowy
1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
1 paczka rodzynek (można bez)
olejek migdałowy
0,5 kostki margaryny
8 jajek

Prepare instructions:

Spód:
wyrobić ciasto, podpiec 15min. wystudzić posmarować białkiem posypać kakao.

Ser:
żółtka oddzielić od białek,
żółtka ubić z cukrem dodać margarynę po trochu ser(przekręcony przez maszynkę) następnie 0,5szkl.mleka i oleju dodać rodzynki, budyń, mąkę ziemniaczaną, 1 łyżeczkę proszku do pieczenia.Ubić pianę z połowy białek i dodać do sera. Wymieszac delikatnie drewnianą łyżka i wylać na spód piec 60 min w temp. 200*C

z połowy białek czyli z 4 ?

tak z połowy białek czyli 4, ponieważ jak połączy się z 8 białkami wychodzi taka "ciapka" z sernika mi osobiście nie smakuje taki więc wole dać 4 białka.
