Ingredients:

25 dag masła lub margaryny

5 jajek

2 szklanki cukru

cukier waniliowy

2 łyzeczki proszku do pieczenia

2 łyzki kakao

0,5 kg maki

owoce -najlepiej kwaśne

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę lub masło ucieramy ręką z 1 szklanką cukru. Dodajemy mąkę z proszkiem i 5 żółtek. Ciasto dzielimy na pół. Połową wykładamy spód blachy ( skubiemy, kruszymy;)) ), następną połowę ciasta dzielimy jeszcze na pół. Do połówki dodajemy kakao, ugniatamy ręką. Ciemne ciasto skubiemy jak kroszonkę na wyłożone wcześniej jasne;) na to kładziemy owoce-najlepiej agrest, wisnie, rabarbar ale mogą też być kwaskowate jabłka. Na owoce wykładamy pianę ubitą z 1 szklanką cukru. Na pianę skubiemy ostatnią część jasnego ciasta;)

Pieczemy w nagrzanym piekarniku w 180* okolo 45 minut;)

To był mój pierwszy przepis, z jakiego zaczęłam tworzyć ciacha w wieku 15 lat;) Swego czasu co tydzień królował na stole do niedzielnej kawy, ulubione ciacho mojej babci;)

Lubie takie ciasta, nigdy mi się nie przejedzą :)

Sceptyczne podchodziłam do tego przepisy, ale.... Ciasto wyszło przepysze, byłam przekonana ze wyjdzie zakalec przy moim piekarniku.
