Ingredients:

1 kg mąki

1,5 szklanki cukru-ja zawsze daję mniej

mały proszek do pieczenia

1 margaryna

5 jajek

cukier waniliowy

2 łyżki gęstej śmietany

może być trochę smalcu

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę z mąką posiekać nożem, dodać resztę składników, wyrobić ciasto.

I to wszystko;-)))

ciasto wałkować, wykrawać ciastka, piec około 10-15 minut.

Robiłam rózne wersje, np. dodałam do części przyprawy piernikowej a potem ozdobiłam je czekoladą. Albo olejku cytrynowego, a lukier zrobiłam z soku z cytryny.

Te na zdjęciu są migdałowe, z zapachem migdałowym zarówno w cieście jak i lukrze.

Witam .Mam pytanie,czy te ciasteczka sa kruche ,czy raczej twarde, mam na uwadze ilosc maki do tluszczu. Do tej kwesti mam watpliwosci ipytam?

hm...powiedzialabym ze raczej twardawe.Kruche to sa takie cos ala muszelki, ze rozsypuja sie w ustach;)) te nie, te trzeba ugryzc porzadnie;))
