śledzie po litewsku

Ingredients:

filety z 4 osolonych śledzi
30 g suszonych grzybów
2 cebule
łyżka koncentratu pomidorowego
1/8 l oleju
2 korniszony
kilka ziaren pieprzu
majeranek
cukier
pieprz mielony
sól

Prepare instructions:

Śledzie opłukać i jeśli są bardzo słone, wymoczyć w mleku przez ok. godzinę. Następnie wyjąć, opłukać, osuszyć i pokroić w dzwonka.
Grzyby umyć, zalać niewielką ilością wody i zostawić na 2 godz. Gdy będą miękkie, wyjąć osączyć i drobno posiekać.
Cebulę obrać, posiekać, sparzyć i wymieszać z grzybami i pokrojonymi w kostkę korniszonami. Dodać koncentrat pomidorowy. Przyprawić solą, pieprzem, majerankiem i cukrem.
W słoju układać śledzie na przemian z sałatką grzybową i polewać olejem. Odstawić na 2-3 dni. Śledzie podawać obłożone cebulą i grzybami.
