Ingredients:

podane ilości są tylko orientacyjne,ponieważ nigdy nie miałam przepisu na konkretne ilości ,azwsze robię "na oko"

śledzie 2 tacki
ziemniaki 2-3 sztuki
marchewka 2-3 sztuki
cebula 3 sztuki
żółty ser 30 dkg
jaja 5 sztuk
sos
majonez conajmniej 1 słoiczek
śmietana conajmniej 250 ml
musztarda ok 2 łyżek
sól
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

śledzie (nawet te z tacki) moczymy
conajmniej 3 godziny w wodzie z niewielką ilością mleka.Ziemniaki i marchewkę gotujemy w łupinach( jak na sałatkę jarzynowąnie mogą być zbyt miękkie),studzimy i trzemy na tarce jarzynowej o drobnych oczkach.Cebulę kroimy w drobną kostkę. Ugotowane na twardo jaja oraz ser również ścieramy na drobnej tarce jarzynowej.Majonez mieszamy ze śmietaną i niewielką ilością musztardy ,doprawiamy do smaku solą i pieprzem.śledzie układamy na półmisku posypujemy cebulą i smarujemy częścią sosu.Na to kładziemy ziemniaki, marchewkę i ponownie smarujemy sosem.Następna warstwa to jaja a potem żółty ser.

...a spróbuj dodać starkowane buraczki w occie, dodadzą koloru i niepowtarzalnego smaczku.
