Ślimaczki z ciasta francuskiego.

Ingredients:

1 płat gotowego ciasta francuskiego
8 plastrów sera żółtego (ja użyłam salami)
8 cienkich plasterków szynki (ja użyłam z posypką gyrosa)

Prepare instructions:

Rozwijamy płat ciasta francuskiego.Układamy wzdłuż dłuższej krawędzi 4 plastry sera, na nich 4 plastry szynki. Trochę niżej kolejne.Zostawiamy kilka centymetrów wolnej przestrzeni wzdłuż drugiej długiej krawędzi.Zwijamy w roladę, ale niezbyt ściśle, bo ciasta w trakcie pieczenia przybywa.Kroimy rulon w 0,5 cm plasterki i układamy na papierze do pieczenia przekrojem do góry.
Piekarnik nagrzewamy do 220 stopni.Wierzch ślimaczków wilgotną dłonią lekko smarujemy po wierzchu.Wstawiamy do piekarnika na ok.15 minut.Można jeść na zimno i na gorąco.

Bardzo podoba mi się ten przepis. Prosty, a ślimaczki super się prezentują! Na pewno go wypróbuję. Szkoda tylko, że nie zamieściłaś zdjęć, jak układać ten ser i wędlinę, bo trudno mi to sobie wyobrazić. Może w trakcie robienia będzie łatwiej :) Pozdrawiam

Z czym podawac te ślimaczki?

Ślimaczki je się bez żadnych dodatków.Są smaczne solo.Ale można z keczupem jak ktoś woli.
