Ślimaki drożdżowe z orzechami i cynamonem wg Hope

Ingredients:

Składniki:

80 dkg mąki pszennej

7 g drożdży instant

1 szklanka mleka

10 dkg masła lub margaryny

8 dkg cukru

3 jajka

15 dkg cukru brązowego

1 łyżka mielonego cynamonu

10 dkg orzechów włoskich lub laskowych

1/2 szklanki cukru pudru

1-2 łyżki śmietany lub jogurtu

szczypta soli

*1 szklanka-250ml

Prepare instructions:

8dkg masła roztapiamy w rondelku wraz z mlekiem i cukrem. Podgrzewamy do momentu, aż cukier się rozsuści .Lekko studzimy. Przesiewamy mąkę i drożdże do dużej miski. Dodajemy sól, mieszamy. Dodajemy jajka i mleko z masłem i cukrem.Zagniatamy ciasto. Przykrywamy ściereczką i odstawiamy do wyrośnięcia na ok.20 minut.

Resztę masła roztapiamy i odstawiamy do przestudzenia.

Cisto wurzucamy na stolnicę i energicznie zagniatamy. Rozwałkowujemy na dość duży prostokąt. Całość smarujemy roztopionym masłem. Posypujemy brązowym cukrem zmieszanym z cynamonem. Na wierzch sypiemy rozdrobnione orzechy.

Zawijamy jak roladę. Ostrym nożem kroimi na jednakowej wielkości kawałki. Układamy na wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia blasze i odstawiamy do wyrośnięcia na ok.10 minut.

Pieczemy 25-30 mnut w temperaturze 175 stopni.

Wyciągamy i odstawiamy do ostudzenia. Śmietanę lub jogurt mieszamy z cukrem pudrem na gładki lukier. Przestudzone ślimaczki lukrujemy.

Doskonałe na podwieczorek lub zamiast kupnej drożdżówki dla dzieci do szkoły

Też robiłam, chociaż już dosyc dawno,ale pamiętam ,że było pyszne . Muszę znów zrobić gwoli przypomnienia:-)

No i znów popełnione drożdżóweczki! Pychota ! Zanim zdjęcie zostało zrobione to już jakieś łakome rączki "buchnęły" jedną
