Smalec z pestkami dyni - pyszny

Ingredients:

      ♦1 kg.boczku świeżego,
      ♦1 kg boczku wędzonego,
      ♦0,5 kg słoniny,
      ♦2 duże cebule,
      ♦1 paczka pestek dyni łuskanych,
      ♦pieprz,
      ♦wegeta,
      ♦majeranek,

Prepare instructions:

Boczek świeży, boczek wędzony i słoninę zmielić i usmażyć na złoty kolor.
Pod koniec smażenia dodać cebulkę pokrojoną w kostkę,oraz pestki dyni .Przyprawić do smaku wegetą,pieprzem oraz majerankiem.
Smażyć jeszcze 10 min . aby składniki się przegryzły.
Włozyć do glininego garnka i trzymać w chłodnym miejscu.
Smalec idealnie pasuje do chlebka własnej produkcji......

Sorry ze pytam ale chciałbym sie dowiedziec ile gram ma ta paczka pestek bo w sprzedazy sa rózne i rózniste od 20 dkg do 100 dkg wiec ile jesli to nie tajemnicqa ???? Pozdraiwam

Wita obi25 , juz odpowiadam .....żadna to tajemnica ......ja dałam raz paczkę 100gr.( firmy Kresto).......a innym razem dałam 150 gr. (nie pamietam nazwy firmy)
Nie zmieniło to w niczym smaku .....było tylko wiecej gryzienia .......wiec mozna dać 100 lub 150 gr.w/g uznania.
