Sola zapiekana z pomidorami

Ingredients:

100 g masła,
800 g filetów z soli,
3 szalotki.
80 g tartej bułki,
2 łyżki posiekanej natki pietruszki,
300 g pomidorów.
250 mozzarelli,
kilka gałązek bazylii

Prepare instructions:

Na patelni roztopić 40 g masła i podsmażyć na nim opłukaną i osuszoną rybę. Naczynie żaroodporne posmarować 20 g masła. W naczyniu ułożyć rybę. Szalotki oczyścić, posiekać i zeszklić na pozostałej porcji masła. Do cebuli dodać tartą bułkę i natkę pietruszki. Piekarnik rozgrzać do 200°C. Pomidory oczyścić, umyć i pokroić w plastry. Mozzarellę również pokroić w plastry. Na filetach rozłożyć masę cebulową, następnie na przemian ułożyć pomidory i ser. Naczynie żaroodporne umieścić w piekarniku w połowie jego wysokości. Danie piec tak długo, aż ser się roztopi i uzyska złocistą barwę. Gorącą zapiekankę udekorować listkami bazylii. Potrawę podawać z ryżem ugotowanym na sypko lub pieczonymi ziemniakami.

robiłem. Danie oceniam na 4-; ale to mój smak i moja ocena, Bahus i tak jest wielki nawet z moim 4-; pozdrawiam!!!
