Ingredients:

20 dag wieprzowiny,
10 dag gotowanej szynki,
3 parówki,
1 nerka wieprzowa,
2 cebule,
3 kiszone ogórki,
10 dag marynowanych kaparów,
5 zielonych marynowanych oliwek,
1 łyżka koncentratu pomidorowego,
1 łyżka masła,
100 ml śmietany,
1/2 cytryny,
sól, pieprz, ziele angielskie, liść laurowy,
1 łyżka posiekanej natki pietruszki,
1 łyżka posiekanego koperku,
2 l wywaru z warzyw (może być z kostki)

Prepare instructions:

Mięso ugotować w wywarze, wyjąć i pokroić w paseczki. Osobno w osolonej wodzie ugotować oczyszczoną nerkę i pokroić również w paseczki. Cebulę obrać, posiekać, zeszklić na tłuszczu i dodać przecier pomidorowy. Ogórki obrać, i pokroić w półplasterki. Oliwki wydrylować. Parówki pokroić w plasterki a następnie w słupki. W garnku zagotować wywa. Wrzucić wszystkie składniki. (bez oliwek i zieleniny) Gotować 5 min. Dodać przyprawy i oliwki i gotować jeszcze 5 min. Podprawić śmietaną, dodać posiekaną natkę i koperek oraz obraną ze skórki i pokrojoną w półplasterki cytrynę.

Zrobilam wg przepisu, wyszla pycha!!! Zupka godna polecenia!
Wyprobowalam tez wersje z rybka zamiast miesa, rewelacja

Jadłam już kilka razy soliankę, przygotowywaną w Rosji i muszę przyznać, że tylko w tym przepisie dopatrzyłam się cytryny, czyli obowiązkowego składnika ruskiej solianki. Polecam.
