Sos bolonski - prawdziwy

Ingredients:

500 g dowolnego miesa mielonego
500 ml czerwonego wina
500 ml wody
1 duza puszka obranych pomidorów
2 cebule
3 listki laurowe
3 marchewki
1/2 selera-malego
2 zabki czosnku
2 kostki rosolowe
Tymianek, oregano
sól, pieprz
2 kostki rosolowe

Prepare instructions:

Cebule pokroic w kostek i zaszkolic na oleju ostroznie tak zeby nam sie cebula nie przypalila, dodac pokrojona w kostke marchewke i razem poddusic. Natepnie dodac mieso mielone, rozdrobnic widelcem dodac pokrojony w kostke seler i czosnek, wszystko razem podsmazyc az do wyparowania wody. Kiedy to juz nastapi wlac cale wino, wode dodac kostki rosolowe, lisc laurowy oraz przyprawy. Teraz pomidory z puszki nalepiej zmiksowac i dodac do gotujacego sie miesa. Sos powinien sie na malym ogniu gotowac conajmniej 2 godziny ! Poniewaz przez powolne gotowanie sie tego sosu z czasem bedziemy mieli gesty sos bez zageszczania. Zreszta ten sos im dluzej sie go gotuje tym bardziej jest smaczny.

Sos podaje sie oczywiscie do makaronu spaghetti. A na sam koniec koniecznie posypac startym serem parmezan.

Witam. Jeśli on ma być prawdziwy to mięso mielone tylko wołowe a seler tylko naciowy,bez kostek rosołowych,zaden Włoch innaczej nie ugotoje.Reszta jest ok..Pozdrowienia ze słonecznej Italii.

a to chyba juz zalezy od regionu wloch, mam w sadziedztwie 2 rodziny wlochów i kazda z nich gotuje sos bolonski inaczej a ten przepis wlasnie dostalam od mojej sasiadki, pozdrawiam
